Changes in morphological composition of blood in rats under intragastric load with walnut meal

چکیده

The basis for the existence of all living organisms is homeostasis. Any organism an open dynamic self-regulating system and self-regulation based on feedback principle. use biologically active substances, example, plant meal, opens up great possibilities modulation physiological processes in body. Walnut fruit meal also has a rich composition, contains almost microelements, large amounts protein as well carotene, quinones, lecithin, water-soluble vitamins flavonoids. aim work was to study adaptive changes morphological composition rat blood intragastric loading with walnut form suspension distilled water. experiment carried out 60 white laboratory rats. Conclusion: water concentration 15 mg/100 g body weight clinically healthy rats accompanied by increase erythrocyte count, hemoglobin leukocyte count 6.8%, 7.0% 9.6%, respectively, compared control group animals.
